Символично и знаменательно, что должность нового заммэра по патриотике вводится в год 80-летия Победы и Года защитника Отечества, который объявил президент Владимир Путин. Видно, что для Шалабаева это крайне важное направление: он регулярно встречается с ветеранами, развивает музей СВО.
Пока неизвестно, кто конкретно станет новым заместителем главы города. Но логично предположить, что это будет участник СВО, прошедший обучение в программе «Время героев».
