Как пояснил чиновник Минэкологии Башкирии, дело в том, что приборы мониторинга настроены на выявление превышения допустимых концентраций определенных вредных веществ.
💨 Например, они анализируют уровни оксидов азота, диоксида серы, аммиака, оксида углерода и других соединений. Как только их концентрация превышает норму, приборы фиксируют это. Но некоторые вещества обладают очень резким запахом даже при минимальной концентрации в воздухе. И даже если она ниже установленных лимитов, люди все равно ощущают неприятный запах.

Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events." Sebi said data, emails and other documents are being retrieved from the seized devices and detailed investigation is in progress.
