Еще я увидела отличную книгу на эту тему и как кстати, что новое задание - найти 30 минут и почитать книгу или журнал, который вдохновляет! Поэтому совмещу приятное с полезным и начну читать слушать книгу про гимнастику для мозга с медитациями.
