Для этого нужно позвонить по номеру 1-500. Оператор запишет вас на прием к нужному специалисту по месту проживания либо в другую медорганизацию. Запись с вашими данными отразятся в электронной регистратуре выбранной больницы.

График работы МИЦ Донецка: ПН-ПТ с 08:00 до 17:00.

Как отметили в Минздраве ДНР, в конце года функционал центра расширится и операторы начнут давать консультации рекомендательного характера, а также будут принимать жалобы и обращения, давать ответы на них.
