Вечером 25 декабря провели традиционную Ёлку главы города Якутска для лучших и отличившихся в 2024 году учащихся школ.
Всегда приятно и волнительно вручать награды горожанам, добившимся больших результатов, ярких побед и достижений в своей сфере, но особенно – молодежи, подрастающему поколению, школьникам.

Стипендии главы в этот вечер получили сто отличившихся учащихся школ – самых спортивных, самых творческих, самых прилежных и вдумчивых, самых общественно активных. Победителей отобрала конкурсная комиссия. А для тех, кому совсем чуть-чуть не хватило до победы, есть шанс проявить себя в 2025 году! Удача им обязательно улыбнется!

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." "Russians are really disconnected from the reality of what happening to their country," Andrey said. "So Telegram has become essential for understanding what's going on to the Russian-speaking world." Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee.
