Так, совет по топонимии администрации города Кирова предлагает переименовать: улицу Володарского в Никитскую, ул. Урицкого в Успенскую, ул. Розы Люксембург в Морозовскую, ул. Дерендяева в улицу Всехсвятскую, ул. МОПРа — в Острожную, ул. Маклина в ул. Бутырскую, ул. Карла Маркса — во Владимирскую, улицу Карла Либкнехта в улицу Защитников Отечества.
Вопрос переименования улиц будет выдвинут на общественное обсуждение. Окончательное решение о переименовании примет городская Дума.

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events." This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee.
