Он добавил, что термин «дефолт» неприменим к России, так как она способна обслуживать свои обязательства. На данный момент Минфин РФ передал западным странам платежные документы по выплате российского госдолга из заблокированных валютных счетов за рубежом. Разморозка валютных счетов теперь зависит от других государств.
