История про «переходящий рулонный газон» в Северном Измайлове, который появляется перед плановым обходом территории и.о. Главы Управы, а потом исчезает, привлекла внимание СМИ и разошлась по городу.

Сегодня мне пришел ответ по запросу в городской Департамент природопользования: ненадлежащее состояние газона (точнее его отсутствие) зафиксировано официально. Сейчас участок, где были выявлены нарушения, приведен в образцовое состояние: газон высажен по всем правилам с защитным покрытием и там, где был пустырь, сейчас впервые за долгие годы появилась зеленая лужайка. А почему сразу нельзя было так сделать?

Несмотря на позитивный финал истории, осадочек остается. Грядет осеннее рассмотрение городского бюджета и, прежде чем ассигновать районным чиновникам новые деньги, стоит посмотреть, во сколько обходится эта практика стелить-сушить-снимать рулонный газон за бюджетный счет.
