«Вскрытие» показало проблемы

Недавно мы уже рассказывали о том, что на котельной в Антипихе проходит ремонт в преддверии отопительного сезона.

Для установки новых люков шлакозолоудаления, которые уже поступили, специалисты ЗабТЭК разобрали бункер шлакозолоудаления. Оказалось, что из-за долгого отсутствия ремонта – его не было на пятом котле около 20 лет, практически полностью разрушена железобетонная каркасная балка.

Собственника котельной – комитет ЖКХ администрации Читы уведомили о необходимости приобретения материалов для восстановления разрушенной конструкции. До принятия решения собственником, ремонтные работы специалистам ЗабТЭК пришлось прекратить.
