Суд рассматривал обвинения по 11 пунктам уголовного кодекса, среди них: рейдерство, отмывание денег, вымогательство, изнасилование и другие.
Также суд конфисковал в доход государства имущество осужденных: 78 квартир, 6 земельных участков, 1 складское помещение, 10 коммерческих помещений, 2-х многоквартирных дома общей площадью 2 482 кв.м., 5 гаражей, 3 нежилых помещений, 5 объектов торговли с земельными участками, 80 автомашин и 2 единицы оружия, а также денежные средства и ценные вещи.
В пользу потерпевших взыскали сумму около 6,5 млрд. тенге.
