Это не первый подобный пример, когда депутата хотят прижать и используют экономическую статью. Кетеван Хараидзе — бывший депутат муниципального совета Тверского района Москвы. В декабре 2022 года Тверской суд Москвы назначил ей 4 года колонии и штраф в 700 тысяч рублей по делу о мошенничестве, а также обязали выплатить 5 миллионов рублей потерпевшему представителю девелоперской компании.
