Вице-спикер горсовета Новосибирска Евгений Лебедев вступил в "Единую Россию" и фракцию партии в горсовете.
Фракция ЕР в горсовете в итоге увеличилась до 33 членов, причем 12 из них – это группа политиков, близких к депутату Госдумы Дмитрию Савельеву. Евгений Лебедев тоже входит в их число.
Лебедев – популярный в Дзержинском районе депутат и раньше свою политическую карьеру строил под знаменами ЛДПР. Осенью он вступил в ряды сторонников "Единой России".
На странице своей группы "Вконтакте" Лебедев написал: "Цвет флага не изменит моего отношения к людям и к делу, которым я занимаюсь уже более 15 лет. Буду продолжать, пока будет поддержка избирателей и победы на выборах".

And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices.
