По традиции списать все на внешние силы сложно потому как возникает вполне логичный вопрос, а что, ситуацию в нашей стране настолько просто раскачать? В общем решать нужно быстро и жёстко и мы даже не протестующих имеем в виду, если этого не сделать, нечто подобное, пусть и по какому-то другому поводу, и в Москве может произойти.
