Председатель Госдумы Вячеслав Володин на парламентском заседании раскритиковал проект Рособрнадзора, который установил минимальный балл за тестирование по русскому языку для детей мигрантов на уровне 30% от максимального количества баллов. Володин считает, что это «девальвация» принятого закона.
«Задумайтесь, при десятибалльной шкале 30% — это в лучшем случае двойка. Получается формализм, фикция. Подзаконный акт издаётся абсолютно противоречащий духу и норме закона», — заявил председатель Госдумы.
Такие низкие проходные баллы больше похожи на шутку. Проще было бы и вовсе не принимать закон, ведь при таких условиях он совершенно не регулирует те процессы, на которые изначально был направлен.
