Сегодня на заседании суда обвинение попросило приговорить нижегородского активиста Михаила Шарыгина к 3,5 годам колонии общего режима по обвинению в участии деятельности "экстремистской" организации (ч. 2 ст.282.2).
🔸Судебный процесс над Михаилом Шарыгиным начался в сентябре 2024 года. Поводом для возбуждения дела стали два репоста сообщений Штабов Навального, которые Шарыгин сделал в "Одноклассниках" и Telegram’е.
Шарыгин, в 2007-2011 годах отслуживший в органах МВД, не впервые страдает от собственных действий в соцсетях. В 2020 году его приговорили к штрафу по статье об "оправдании терроризма" за эмоциональный комментарий в поддержку противников незаконной стройки в Нижнем Новгороде.
