Совет директоров ПАО "Магнит" рекомендовал акционерам утвердить дивиденды по итогам 9 месяцев 2024 года из расчета 560 рублей на акцию, говорится в сообщении ритейлера.
Общая сумма дивидендных выплат может составить 57,07 млрд рублей.
ВОСА по этому вопросу состоится 26 декабря.
Дата закрытия реестра акционеров, имеющих право на получение дивидендов - 9 января 2025 года.
