За новостями об открытии БКЛ, затерялось то, что Собянин утвердил проект 2 и 3-го участков Бирюлёвской линии метро

Это часть ветки на 7 станций и 16 км. От БКЛ м. «Кленовый бульвар» до станции м. «Бирюлёво»

Напомню, 1-й участок на 3 станции (6 км) утвердили в августе 2021. Шепчут, что всю ветку откроют в 2026-2027 гг

И если проектам Кавказский Бульвар 51 (ПИК) и Русич-Кантемировский - новость не особо поможет (до новой станции всё равно плюхать 20-25 мин.)... то вот вываленный 2 недели назад проект КРТ экс-промки Ленино - на 135 тыс. м2 жилья - выглядит уже интересней

Место унылое. Но метро всё решает. Следим @iliilitop
