Активно проходят занятия по боевой подготовке с военнослужащими роты нового пополнения 7 инженерного полка СЗОК. Так, психологом полка с личным составом роты было проведено занятие на тему: «Алгоритм действий военнослужащих при столкновении с фактами неуставных взаимоотношений. Уставные правила взаимоотношений между военнослужащими - важнейшее условие сплоченности и боевой слаженности воинского коллектива. Основы бесконфликтного поведения военнослужащих в воинском коллективе». Так же с военнослужащими проведено занятие по огневой подготовке, в ходе которого они впервые выполнили упражнение учебных стрельб и метания гранат. Как отметил заместитель командира полка занятия прошли штатно, все военнослужащие отчитались на хорошо и отлично.
