Соответствующее распоряжение №452-рг подписал 8 сентября губернатор Павел Малков.
Ранее Никитин курировал деятельность: - министерства цифрового развития, информационных технологий и связи; - министерства физической культуры и спорта; - комитета инвестиций и туризма; - главного управления записи актов гражданского состояния.
