"Оно определяет условия сотрудничества двух стран по развитию железнодорожной инфраструктуры и транзитных перевозок", - сказал дипломат.
При заинтересованном подходе всех сторон объем перевозок грузов можно довести до 15 млн тонн и даже до 30 млн тонн, добавил он.
