Подлый телеграф удалил статью. На нашей практике такое впервые - но все бывает в первый раз:) Поэтому выкладываем PDF. К сожалению, последние правки вносились в черновик статьи уже в телеграфе, поэтому какие-то мелкие моменты могли забыть добавить.
