🎤Законопроект предполагает установку шумомеров, измерение уровня и штрафы для тех, кто сознательно нарушает нормы. Автомобили без глушителей, стройка по ночам, громкие гулянки - все это мешает жить и портит здоровье. Проблема требует федерального регулирования.

🗓 Законопроект прошел первое чтение, но возникли вопросы и возражения от нескольких комитетов Госдумы, в том числе из-за отсутствия сертифицированных шумомеров.

🔉На круглом столе мы обсудили влияние, которое оказывает звуковое загрязнение на здоровье человека и экологию, а также бесконтактные, дистанционные методы выявления превышения уровня шума. Будем следить за вторым и третьим чтениями законопроекта в федеральном парламенте.

Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments.
