Дмитрий Медведев в ответ заявил, что "ультиматум" носит предвыборный характер, а ракеты ничего существенно не способны поменять в ходе боевых действий. Но вот риск перехода конфликта в самую опасную стадию удары крылатыми ракетами увеличивают многократно.
