Он сообщает, что информация поданная российским СМИ противоречива, фразы вырваны из контекста, что формирует у читателей неверное представление. в частности о его отношении к скандальному инвестиционному Соглашению, которое стало причиной изгнания президента Бжания и премьер-министра Анкваб.
«В том виде, в котором Соглашение было, оно губительно для страны», сказал Кан Кварчия.
