Кроме того, на год продлили срок заключения ипотечного договора — до 1 июля 2024 года (ранее он заканчивался 1 июля 2023 года соответственно).
Отмечается, что всего в 2023–2024 годах регионам из федерального бюджета на такие выплаты планируется выделить порядка 90 млрд рублей.
