Размер поправки - 12 млрд рублей. В её основе - предложения депутатов, анализ обращений избирателей, приоритеты народной программы.
Дополнительные средства поступят на ремонт дорог в городах и районах края, модернизацию учреждений социальной сферы, социальную поддержку граждан. Предусмотрены финансы на обеспечение инфраструктурой земельных участков для многодетных семей, повышение зарплаты водителям «скорой помощи», льготное лекарственное обеспечение, переселение из ветхого и аварийного жилья, поддержку фермеров и многое другое. #ЕР24

In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea. Investors took profits on Friday while they could ahead of the weekend, explained Tom Essaye, founder of Sevens Report Research. Saturday and Sunday could easily bring unfortunate news on the war front—and traders would rather be able to sell any recent winnings at Friday’s earlier prices than wait for a potentially lower price at Monday’s open.
