44-летний Владимир Тихонов сейчас находится в изоляторе временного содержания. Вчера весь день он провёл на допросе у следователя, а в компании «Серпрегионгаз» прошли обыски и выемка документации.
Тихонов проходит подозреваемым по делу об оказании услуг, не отвечающих требованиям безопасности. В результате взрыва в жилом доме погибли 6 человек, ещё 19 пострадали.

Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. The post recommended his viewers subscribe to "War on Fakes" in a time of fake news. There was another possible development: Reuters also reported that Ukraine said that Belarus could soon join the invasion of Ukraine. However, the AFP, citing a Pentagon official, said the U.S. hasn’t yet seen evidence that Belarusian troops are in Ukraine.
