В нём приняли участие 1729 компаний. Финалисты разделены на категории по размеру: крупнейшие, крупные, средние и небольшие. Они ранжируются по четырём независимым критериям: HR-анкете, внутренней оценке eNPS, внешней оценке кандидатов и отзывам бывших сотрудников. Итоговый балл определяет их место в рейтинге. Количество участников растёт: если в 2020 году их было всего 501, то сегодня их стало в 3,5 раза больше.
Результаты — индикатор фокуса успешных компаний на инновациях и технологиях в области управления персоналом.
