В Самегрело электроснабжение восстановлено почти полностью, ограничения есть только в некоторых сёлах Зугдиди и Абаши. В Аджарии без света остаются небольшие участки в Кобулети и Верхней Аджарии, в Хуло подача электроэнергии полностью восстановлена.

Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts.
