Гостиница с собственной обсерваторией на крыше будет запущена в эксплуатацию в декабре 2025 года. Объект оснастят технологиями умного дома, также будет использован искусственный интеллект.
Всего в текущем году на курорте появится 5 новых средств размещения. В 2024 году количество мест размещения на курорте Архыз выросло в 2 раза: было открыто 6 новых отелей, проведена реновация действующих объектов.
Ранее сообщалось, что за 2024 год объем инвестиций в курорт вырос с 7.7 миллиарда рублей до 9.6 миллиарда рублей. Всего на территории особой экономической зоны «Архыз» зарегистрированы 38 компаний-резидентов. Общий объем заявленный инвестиций составляет 68 миллиардов рублей.
