Предусмотрен добровольный переход на упрощенную систему налогообложения при условии, что доход за год не превышает 25 млн. рублей.
По упрощенной системе налогообложения предлагается ввести один налог взамен четырех налоговых платежей – на прибыль организаций, на добавленную стоимость, на имущество организаций и подоходного налога с доходов индивидуальных предпринимателей.
