Ростовской области могут списать 5,2 млрд рублей долгов по бюджетным кредитам, сообщил губернатор Василий Голубев после президентского послания, в котором была заявлена такая мера поддержки регионов.
По его словам, у Ростовской области 36,4 млрд рублей бюджетных кредитов, 28,5 из которых – не подлежат списанию (кредиты на инфраструктурное развитие).
Две трети из оставшегося долга как раз и составляют 5,2 млрд рублей.

He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea. In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later.
