По приглашению Председателя Херсонской областной Думы Татьяны Юрьевны Томилиной я принял участие в форуме -премии "Молоды-МЫ" в селе Железный Порт. В рамках открытия мероприятия совместно с Первым заместителем Губернатора Херсонской области И.О. Чагаевым и Министром молодежной политики Херсонской области И.В. Астраниным мы проинспектировали новый (единственный в регионе) "Дом молодежи". Так же в рамках открытия были вручены благодарственные письма в следующих номинациях : "Молодая семья -2024", "Рожденные помогать", "Оберегая сердцем", "Уверенные в будущем", "Смелые сердцем", "Герои нового поколения", "Флагманы единства", "Наставник новых поколений", "великое наследие".

The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. In February 2014, the Ukrainian people ousted pro-Russian president Viktor Yanukovych, prompting Russia to invade and annex the Crimean peninsula. By the start of April, Pavel Durov had given his notice, with TechCrunch saying at the time that the CEO had resisted pressure to suppress pages criticizing the Russian government. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land.
