18 декабря 2024 года состоялось первое заседание рабочей группы при Мосгордуме, посвященное поддержке участников специальной военной операции (СВО) и их семей. В мероприятии приняли участие члены Ассоциации ветеранов СВО и представители Курской областной Думы.

Заседание возглавил М.В. Руднев. Участники обсудили проблемы ветеранов, включая медицинскую помощь и реабилитацию, а также вопросы социальной защиты, трудоустройства и образования для детей. Было предложено разработать комплексный план для улучшения условий жизни ветеранов и их семей.

Руднев подчеркнул важность взаимодействия власти и общественных организаций. Рабочая группа продолжит свою деятельность и планирует дополнительные встречи с участниками СВО и их семьями, чтобы создать более комфортные условия для тех, кто защищает страну.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. The account, "War on Fakes," was created on February 24, the same day Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a "special military operation" and troops began invading Ukraine. The page is rife with disinformation, according to The Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, which studies digital extremism and published a report examining the channel. But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford. Russian President Vladimir Putin launched Russia's invasion of Ukraine in the early-morning hours of February 24, targeting several key cities with military strikes.
