Праз год суддзя Анастасія Папко прызнала яго вінаватым па трох артыкулах Крымінальнага кодэкса: арт. 342,арт. 361,арт. 295-3. Яна прызначыла пакаранне ў выглядзе пяці гадоў пазбаўлення волі ва ўмовах агульнага рэжыму, адпаведна запыту пракурора Антона Цюменцава.
Цяпер Мікола знаходзіцца ў Гродзенскай турме №1. Ён мусіў выйсці з турмы 25 красавіка 2025 года, але супраць яго ўзбудзілі новую крымінальную справу паводле ч. 1 арт. 411 Крымінальнага кодэкса (злоснае непадпарадкаванне адміністрацыі турмы).
