Хачатряну предъявлено обвинение в воинской должностной халатности во время военного положения, которое относится к 44-дневной войне 2020 года.
Адвокат добавил, что не может сообщить подробностей, исходя из военной и следственной тайны. Хачатрян не принял предъявленного обвинения.
