#вТГпишут о том, как УК "Высота-Сервис" (бывшая ДОМС) решает проблемы жильцов ЖК "Ясный" от MR Group в районе #ОреховоБорисово. Где помимо обилия насекомых, ржавой воды в квартирах и завалов мусора, теперь невыполнение заявок от жителей:

"Жительница сообщает, что сотрудники УК при выполнении заявки сначала сломали замок в шкафу с водосчетчиками, поскольку открывали его подручными средствами. У жительницы был ключ, но ей никто не звонил.

После чего замок срезали болгаркой и захотели оставить дверь в исходном виде. Дверь в итоге всё же поменяли, но даже с такой простой задачей как выдача ключа УК не справилась.

Самое смешное, что в итоге заявку так и не выполнили, только шкаф сломали. Место соединения стояка горячей воды с краном на полотенцесушитель покрылось коррозией и в УК заявили, что это нормально".
