Жильцы сообщают, что ПИК-Комфорт, как обычно, не в курсе причин, потому что дежурных техников на объекте не имеет. Работает одна аварийная служба на несколько объектов.

Соответственно, остановились все насосы в ИТП, а значит перспектива остаться грязными и замёрзшими у собственников имеется.

Также в ЖК отсутствует управляющий. Замену мобилизованному управляющему не могут найти уже 2 недели.

Обращения жителей к руководству компании ПИК-Комфорт не приводят ни к чему.
