По факту инцидента с пострадавшей 86-летней пенсионеркой возбуждено уголовное дело, сообщили в пресс-службе СК России.
Накануне стало известно, что 86-летняя жительница квартиры на проспекте Космонавтов после нападения со стороны своего сына попала в больницу. Уточняется, что она обращалась за помощью к соседям, но в то же время защищала сына от правоохранителей.
По данным пресс-службы ГУ МВД по Петербургу и Ленобласти, возбуждено уголовное дело по 119-й статье УК РФ (угроза убийством).
Задержанному 54 года, в тот вечер мужчина не только применил в отношении матери физическую силу, но и угрожал ей расправой. Напуганная женщина смогла выбежать из квартиры в подъезд, где и обратилась к соседям за помощью.
