ناصر امانی، عضو کمیسیون برنامه و بودجه شورای اسلامی شهر تهران، از پرداخت نشدن حقوق بهمن و اسفند کارگران شهرداری تهران خبر داد. او در تذکر پیش از دستور سیصد و یازدهمین جلسه شورای شهر تهران گفت: «فردا بیستم اسفند است و هنوز حقوق و مزایای کارگران خدمات شهری پرداخت نشده و این درست نیست که حقوق بهمن ماه آنها نیز پرداخت نشده است.»

So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives? In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later. This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices.
