✅به اطلاع متقاضيان ثبت‌نام در آزمون استخدامي وزارت آموزش و پرورش در رشته‌هاي شغلي آموزگاري، دبيري و هنرآموز سال 1403مي‌رساند، ثبت‌نام براي شركت در این آزمون از روز دوشنبه به تاريخ 1402/11/09 آغاز و تا روز شنبه به تاريخ 1402/11/14ادامه خواهد یافت.

"There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information.
