В Перовском суде города Москвы начались прения по уголовному делу сотрудника московской полиции Сергея Клокова. Ему предъявлено обвинение по п. «д» части 2 статьи 207.3 УК за то, что 9 марта 2022 года он по обычной сотовой связи трижды поговорил с разными людьми о боевых действиях в Украине и сообщил информацию, не соответствующую официальной позиции Министерства обороны РФ.
Как позднее оказалось, телефон Клокова прослушивался еще с 2019 года. А сотрудники СК квалифицировали три отдельных телефонных разговора с разными людьми в качестве единого продолжаемого публичного деяния.
Уже 13 месяцев Клоков находится под стражей. Его защищает адвокат Даниил Берман.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy.
