Отделение Фонда пенсионного и социального страхования РФ по РС(Я) обратилось в суд с иском, требуя от получательницы пенсии по случаю потери кормильца возврата излишне выплаченных средств. Основанием для иска послужило то, что пенсия была назначена студентке в сентябре 2020 года на период её обучения в Санкт-Петербургском государственном архитектурно-строительном университете. При подаче заявления ответчица была зарегистрирована в Якутске, соответственно размер ежемесячной страховой пенсии включал районный коэффициент 1.4.

The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm.
