В целом же по вопросу принятия поправок к Конституции во втором чтении, также единственная фракция КПРФ в полном составе воздержалась от голосования, отказавшись поддерживать скопом как положительные социальные, так и негативные политические поправки к Основному закону страны.

ЛДПР, ЕР и СР голосовали за в обоих случаях.
