26 марта исполняется 40 дней со дня смерти Алексея Навального. Художники закончат работу над первым муралом памяти Алексея в Сан-Тельмо в воскресенье, 31 марта. Акция памяти состоится рядом с муралом, на пересечении улиц Brasil и Balcarce около парка Лесама.
Мы собираемся в 14:00. На акцию приглашены аргентинские и международные журналисты. Алексей Навальный боролся за нашу свободу и за демократию в России, и мы требуем, чтобы его убийцы были наказаны.
Приносите цветы и свечи — здесь их никто не будет убирать.

El 26 de marzo se cumplen 40 días desde el fallecimiento de Alexei Navalny. Los artistas finalizarán la obra del primer mural en memoria de Alexei en San Telmo el domingo 31 de marzo. El acto conmemorativo se llevará a cabo junto al mural, en la intersección de las calles Brasil y Balcarce, cerca del parque Lezama.
Nos encontraremos a las 14:00. Se invita a periodistas argentinos e internacionales al evento. Alexei Navalny luchó por nuestra libertad y por la democracia en Rusia, y exigimos que sus asesinos sean castigados.
Traigan flores y velas, aquí nadie las removerá.
¡No a la guerra! ¡Paz para Ucrania! ¡Libertad para Rusia!

Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones.
