Зачем? Давайте в цифрах.
🔎 Только за 2023-2024 годы мы выявили 2750 неэффективно используемых или брошенных собственниками объектов
🔄 Половину из них уже вовлекли в оборот
💰Экономический эффект составил 160 миллионов рублей. Эти деньги поступили бюджет, и мы направили их на развитие региона.

В 2025 году мы приступаем к реализации в Удмуртии пилотного проекта Росреестра, который осуществляется совместно с ППК «Роскадастр». Сегодня подписали соответствующее соглашение.

Коллеги помогут нам усовершенствовать эту работу, окажут помощь в выявлении правообладателей, проведении кадастровых работ и оформлении недвижимости. Перспективы сотрудничества обсудили с заместителем руководителя Росреестра Татьяной Громовой.

Территорией для участия в проекте мы выбрали Ижевск. Здесь почти 18 тысяч объектов без правообладателей. А границы земельных участков не установлены в отношении 11 тысяч с половиной земельных участков.

Будем наводить порядок.
