Kartoffel-Lauch-Suppe
Für 4 Esser
2 Porreestangen 1 Zwiebel 60 g vegane Butter 800 ml Gemüsebrühe ½ TL Salz 3 Prisen weißer Pfeffer 1 Lorbeerblatt, getrocknet 400 g Kartoffeln 250 g vegane Sahne 1 - 2 TL Zitronensaft 40 g Mandeln, gehobelt oder Stifte 1 Bund Schnittlauch, in Röllchen
Porree in Ringe schneiden, Zwiebel würfeln und beides in Butter glasig braten. Gemüsebrühe, Salz, Pfeffer, Lorbeerblatt und in kleinen Würfeln geschnittenen Kartoffeln zugeben und 30 Min leicht köcheln bis Kartoffeln weich sind. Lorbeerblatt entfernen und Sahne dazugeben.Die Suppe mit Pürierstab bis zur gewünschten Cremigkeit mixen. Zum Schluss Zitronensaft zugeben und abschmecken. Mandelblättchen ohne Zugabe von Fett in einer Pfanne auf dem Herd goldgelb rösten. Suppe mit Schnittlauch und geröstete Mandeln serviere Fertig 😋

Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today."
