Für nen großen Topf
750 g Sauerkraut 750 g Bauchspeck 750 g Kartoffeln 300 g Weise Bohnen. 100 g Speck. Oder nach Gebindegröße.
Die Bohnen über Nacht einweichen und dann mit dem Bauchspeck in etwas Einweichwasser eine Stunde kochen. Dann den Sauerkraut dazu und nochmal ne Stunde kochen. Falls ihr wollt eine Zwiebel glasig dünsten und dazu. Denn Speck anbraten, die Kartoffeln kochen und dann stampfen. Alles zusammen mixen. Salz und Pfeffer. Einfach schlicht und super lecker. 😃😍😃
