Zutaten: Huhn - 6-8 Stück Griechischer/Naturjoghurt oder Sauerrahm – 200 gr Kurkuma oder andere Gewürze – 1 TL (nach Geschmack) Knoblauch - 3 Zehen Salz Pfeffer Olivenöl Geröstete Pinienkerne (optional)
Vorbereitung: 1. Joghurt mit Kurkuma und Knoblauch vermischen. 2. Die Hähnchenteile mit Marinade bestreichen und einige Stunden marinieren lassen. 3. Eine Bratpfanne mit Olivenöl erhitzen und das Hähnchen von allen Seiten anbraten. 4. Zur restlichen Marinade ein halbes Glas kochendes Wasser hinzufügen, umrühren und zum Hähnchen geben. Salz und Pfeffer hinzufügen, mit einem Deckel abdecken und bei schwacher Hitze 30–40 Minuten köcheln lassen. 5. Den Deckel öffnen, die Hitze erhöhen, mit Pinienkernen bestreuen und weitere 5 Minuten kochen lassen, dabei den Saft über das Hähnchen gießen.
