Ich habe mir einen kalten Ölauszug gemacht. Ein Glas vogelmiere mit Sonnenblumenöl, oder was man da hat, und einige Tage stehen lassen.
Daraus kann man eine Salbe machen.
Ich habe aber noch ein anderes Rezept für eine #Salbe. Sie hilft bei #Ekzemen und juckendem #Ausschlag.
Man erhitzt 250 ml Olivenöl und 25g Bienenwachs
Dazu gibt man so viel trocken getupfte #vogelmiere, dass sie gerade so vom Öl überdeckt wird
Diese Mischung lässt man 10 Stunden auf kleinster Flamme köcheln.
